Advertising is a critical component of web businesses—and that is almost any business today.  An understanding of advertising is now essential for lawyers.  This course covers false advertising (definition, practice, remedies), copyright issues related to advertising, competitive restrictions, brand protection, privacy, and the complex of businesses that comprise what is known as the advertising ecosystem.  This course elaborates on contracting and privacy issues addressed in Contracting and in IP and E-Commerce.
